I've eaten at the other Indonesian restaurant in South Philly around Snyder Ave. and I would choose this place over that any day. We decided to eat in rather than going back out into the cold so that we could enjoy the food on the premise. And as others have mentioned, it's a tiny place that could seat probably about 18 people? The beef rendang was good, would be great if it was a little more tender. Fish (in yellow sauce?) wasn't bad, but not much flavor there. Lamb stew was good as well, just be careful with the bones, it was a little hard to eat with bits and pieces everywhere. Make sure you try the hot sauce - It's not all that spicy, but it's so flavorful! I would have to say it's a combination of peppers, lemon grass, and maybe some other ingredients. I'll be back to try some other sides!
by Lyman Kuzia on Very nice, old classy looking lounge. Indeed you get that old vibe feel to it as you stand on top of the stair case looking down. The building is beautiful. It is also very well decorated. The bottom level has a dining area sectioned off where they left off some of the original part of the building. The bartender was really nice to us. They were pretty packed that night (Friday). But as soon as we walked up to the bar, he approached us right away and got our drinks. I think I find myself with faster service when we don't have a male companion with us! hahaha... I would definitely come back regardless of the $9 valet:) But not anytime soon:)

It was puro latin flava last night but there were no cute papis. tsk tsk tsk* HAHAHA.....Valet parking only. I don't know how much it costs i think $10? There was a little line up front but my friend knew someone so we didn't have to wait. It's a nice place. Spacious & not too crowded. There were 2 different dance areas. Drinks were well made. Meh. I wouldn't go back on a friday night.
