by Alicia F. on I've only been to one show here & that was A Fine Frenzy. I was impressed with the venue & the staff was very, very helpful & kind. They even provided a chair for my (pregnant) friend. I'm not a huge fan of general admission venues but no one was pushy, it didn't take a lot of effort to get up front & it was just generally chill. Afterwards we went upstairs to have a drink with a member of the band who is friends with my friend. Whoever was playing upstairs was pretty brutal but it's definitely a place I'd love to return to. I could definitely see myself lounging & listening to music on a nice evening.
by Lawrence Mems on Review of club only. Space has a lot of potential, but it just seemed random. Everything from the food, to the people, to how the space was used. Time period from when the restaurant turns into a dance club was strange because there was a table of people still eating their dinner and all of the other tables were cleared out. As they sat there, the club goers began dancing around them. From the balcony, it literally looked like a dance floor of people and a crane just plopped a party of four in the middle while they ate their dinner. Personally, I didn't really care too much for the music, it would go from hip hop to world and then to techno. Rooftop could have been cool, but the vibe of this place just killed it. This is a no go for me.
