This is the former Chinese video game arcade plus pool hall spot during the 80's and 90's. The club has its ups and downs, where there's nothing that stands out yet nothing that's completely terrible neither. The layout is nice, as there's 2 levels of entertainment, plus we had a private party, so we were roped off from the general crowd, thus no need to battle with others for drinks or dance floor space. Overall, I don't mind this place, yet I can understand other reviewers issues of space, relations with the staff, or other concerns. If my friends would like to return here, I wouldn't mind.

Stopped by on a Friday night. Very 20's inspired. The room is fantastic. It's a sexy room. The drink selection was good. I had the lemongrass gimlet. It was delicious. The bartender was sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. The wine list could use improvement tho. There is a "dress code" no hats or hoodies. Strange code for a place located in SOMA. Not sure what was up with the DJ playing Hall and Oats.

This place has a very down-to-earth vibe. When I went there, almost everyone seemed to be having a blast (aside from a few dudes standing in the corners, watching people dance in a slightly creepy way). A great mix of people with only perhaps a few former frat boys, and even they were acting decidedly non-frat boy-ish. I was actually grateful that my drink was watered down, because I needed the hydration after all that hot and sweaty dancing.
