by Alex B. on II would like to start off my review with a story. While taking a piss the guy next to me goes "Yo man I don't even love my baby momma. I'm gonna find me a fine ass bitch tonight." I got that same feeling from many of the clientelle in this place. It was just loaded with creepy guys and as a fellow member of the male gender I felt embarrassed to be associated with many of the people here even if it was only by location. Tequila Rain is easily the worst club I have been too in Boston. My friends and I decided to come here only after the wait for Bills and Landsdowne were over 30 minutes and there was no wait at Tequila Rain. This night made it clear to me why some places have lines and others don't. The place is gigantic, but the vibe, oh the vibe was just dreadful. The age range seemed to go from 21-60 with more on the 60 side. I felt like the place was just packed with guys and any girls that were there came with a hubby/bf. The music sucked as well. It would go from hardcore rap, to country and rock, to house music within a span of 5 songs. This place is just sketchy as hell. Lesson learned is to never settle on a night out.
by Paula Villalvazo on The music here was pretty good hip hop~ mix from J5, kayne west, old skool hippity hop from the 90s. The crowd is unpretentious, the venue is a little small and the area is not the greatest~ cover is 7 bucks, but metered parking is pretty easy to find.
by Jen Jen W. on We had a horrible dining experience at this place. The food was horrible and the service was bad. Inside the interior of the restaurant just looked ridiculous with wide screen TVs/bars on one side and the other side was like a disco night club....it was just BAD!
