I'd give it 3 and a half stars. 3 for the food. 4 for the entertainment and experience. Well the comedians are who they are. You get some good ones and you get the bad ones. The food on the other hand was just alright. The Improv Burger was just bland and tasted like a Carl's Jr Burger, with less sauce. The fries were also a little bland, too, but that problem was solved with the ketchup. The service was good, though.

Bruno's is like bar on steroids - it's huge (4 rooms). You don't have to dress up (sneakers, jeans, track jackets, baseball caps and hats) and the entire floor, anywhere you can find space, is your dance floor - the hallway, the walkways, between tables, by the television screens, by the DJ, in the corner. It's madness but it's a good time. Three (3) stars because it's more about the crowd you roll with to Bruno's than the actual atmosphere, crowd or music. I'm more of a "club kid" and Bruno's is just a really big bar. That said, it's still a really good time if you go with a group of friends for a bday party, chill evening or a pre-party. I prefer Bruno's on Friday nights - not as crowded, and it's a great place to start off a night of bar/club-hopping with a large group of friends. If you're looking for some place to throw a birthday party that is super chill, fun, loud and you don't need the reserved area to be private (and you don't want to pay for table reservations or bottle service), then throw your party at Bruno's. Been to three bday parties @ Bruno's and, each time, everybody invited had a kick-@$$ time. Music: I've only gone in Fri/Sat nights and it's always a DJ spinning some mix of hip-hop, Top 40, funk, soul, reggae, r&b. Super danceable. My personal favorite is DJ Daymitreeus (used to spin at Dragon Bar); there was also some Asian DJ that rocked but, I don't think he spins there anymore. Crowd: Guy:girl ratio is something like 3:1, maybe 2:1 sometimes. It's always dang crowded on Fri/Sat nights. Fortunately, I've never run into any a-holes here, and my girlfriends and I have never been harassed. Be prepared to get up close & personal 'cuz you'll definitely be rubbing up against people to get anywhere in Bruno's. Great/interesting mix of people - super casual, all kinds of backgrounds and colors. Cover: $10 after 9pm
