by Ronny K. on they get some great music acts and the sound is good, but the fucking security was on the prowl at Flying Lotus. shining their bright fucking flashlights in everyone's faces the ENTIRE show looking for people smoking weed. are you kidding me? this has to be the only concert venue in the city so worried about a little pot smoke. supposedly they're fine with you lighting up in the smoking area, but still. get your fucking flashlight out of my face.
by Royce Cason on Came here for a bachelorette dinner. Although we made reservations, we still waited over an hour to be seated. Already left me a bit unhappy. The hostesses at this place were a bit pretentious. The food was enjoyable. Would have loved to try the tasting menu, but because everyone at the able had to agree, and not eveyone at our party wanted the tasting menu, I can't comment on how good it was. I ordered the filet mignon. It tasted more like medium than medium rare. The drinks we ordered at the bar were overpriced and nothing to write home about. I may come back and try the tasting menu, but so far, the long wait and the bad overpriced drinks is leavin gme a bit skeptical.
