Red snapper, flounder, fresh salmon sashimi: I like the salmon the best. All of them were good and seemed fresh. Gyoza: can't rememeber Koshiyaki (sp?): (chicken skewers) were bland and dry. Service: good Very nice ambiance. As a sushi connoisseur, this wasn't a bad place, but it wasn't spectacular. A middle of the pack kind of restaurant that I wouldn't mind going to again.
by Lyndon Roscioli on I really like this place. The people who work here are great, I love the size and how it is decorated (a lot of gold obviously), the music is usually good and so is the crowd. Sunday nights are my favorite though. Other nights can be a little hit or miss. The cocktails are delicious--but watch out if you pay with your credit card--they add on 20% automatically, so many of my friends have double tipped here.
by Jeffrey H. on I shouldn't be expected to pay for a gross, middle-aged man to get a drunk girl in his bed. Saint plays itself off as a really cool and posh bar but I was annoyed by it. I came here with a large group of friends for a VIP night and spent the evening drinking red bull & vodka on our reserved couches. Sounds cool, right? Well, it was cool that someone else picked up the six-figure tab and that I was with a fantastic group of friends. But that's it for what I liked. I didn't like the fact that my friend spent A LOT of money on this evening and the waitress seemed less than dedicated to our party. I shouldn't have to hunt you down for more booze. I also didn't like the old men creepin' in the shadows preying on tipsy girls who were dancing. That's my job! Oh, and I'm aware that ladies always get deals on drinks/cover charges because they attract the skeevy dudes who spend cash...but honestly, is it fair that the 11 girls I came in with got in for free and I, the GAY dude, had to pay $20 to get in!? To me, this is ridiculous...especially since they should PAY ME for the hotties I always drag along. Come with friends...you'll probably have fun. But be prepared to spend a lot of money on hype and a lot of time hiding from lurkers. Saint: You are far too overpriced and far too full of yourself. But hey...you're better than Gypsy Bar! If only slightly.
