Vanity, thy name is Sutra! I am giving this place 3 stars NOT because I like this place (which I didn't), but because I can see other people having a good time here. I went on a saturday night at 11:30 because we had free passes to get in before midnight, otherwise its $10 cover. The crowd I would say....is more on the Douchbag-Rich Snob Muscle Milk crowd. I went up to this one guy who was watching these girls dance, and jokingly said "fucking skanks", like in the New Haircut video, and the guy says "I know right!", completely serious. Oh by the way, this was the MOST expensive bar I have ever been to. Not worth it. There are these private booths in the middle of the bar that I guess I wasn't cool enough to even STAND by. They are constantly pushing you out of the way, wich is a horrible design because they are all right by the main bar. Just not my type of place. So me and my friends left and went to Front Page News down the street and had a much better time. Again, other people probably would enjoy this place much more than me. *note: there is a smaller bar in the back left corner that you can get served at much quicker than the main place.

I have always had a soft spot for Little Temple since I met my honey there a couple years ago. Since then we have only been a few times. So last Friday he suggested we drop in on their "Residents DJ" night. We get there by 11 and the place is full. There are people all over the dance floor in both rooms and they are dancing. The DJ's were playing everything from hip-hop, 80's pop, to mexican electronica. It was great! I love a club that is filled with people who like to get sweaty on the dance floor. We danced until 2 am. Now that's a good club... And before the end of the evening, Mr. Delvin-was the cute guy from Jodeci-happened to be at the club and got on stage to sing one of their old songs. The crowd sang along. You never know who will be dropping in at this club. The DJ's make a good club and I think that's why this night is so good at Little Temple. DJs Sloepoke and Anthony Veladez really like to have the crowd on their feet, dancing. And they have a vast selection of music. If you haven't been here.....what are you waiting for....

4 stars for decor. The interior of this place is amazing! It kinda reminds me of a really really creepy dark cabaret. I'm sure there have been some interesting performances here that pertain to cabaret. Now if only The Dresden Dolls preformed here... Would of fit the profile completely! We came here for a photo shoot, because, well, look at it! This place is total eye candy. Incredibly vintage, and very... just literally what I said. Like a dark cabaret, very cirque du soliel... I'm not sure how else to throw that in there. Its beautifully dimmed, the seating is very loungy and comfortable. Very old and antiqued looking. It makes me drool... My room needs to look like this place.
