My second favorite venue after the Fonda. It also gets bonus points for being near the Metro, so I can just hop on a train and go. The sound is excellent, the view is good, drinks are a little expensive, but they do take debit for the cash-averse (me). The girl standing in front of me gets no stars for standing so close that I couldn't even cross my arms without hitting her (which I eventually did, and she went away). Passive aggressive tendencies get five stars!

Decent sound system, it's not huge, but ample space to shake it. Bathrooms are clean and usable. But why so many pillars? I've only been there for the dirtybird parties - who are great. The outside 'smokin area' is kind of strange - why rope it off? The bartenders are quick and friendly, but the prices not so much. Will I go back?.........I just MIGHTY!!!!!!!

We visited Supperclub on a whim during dining about town. Coming into the dinner I had no idea what Supperclub was all about, so the couches and the atmosphere were an interesting surprise. Dinner on a bed is definitely different from most other restaurants and staff has character. Unfortunately, at least during dine about town, the dinner itself left a lot do be desired. The three courses were a salad, kobe beef, and a brownie with vanilla ice cream desert . Knowing that dine about town isn't about huge portions but quality foods I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised by what we ate, and well, I wasn't. The food was simply average and that desert I could make at home. Maybe I have expectations that are unrealistic, but nothing about the food makes me want to come back here again at dine about town prices, let alone a full price meal. The serving also seemed to take too long, leaving large time gaps between the courses. For those sitting upstairs it must have been worse as they were the last to be served. I'm also going to guess that having a staff member stand on the food prep counter to hand plates to people upstairs isn't popular with health inspectors. I'm glad that I did get a different experience at Supperclub, but I'm also glad that I know that I have no desire to go back either.
