This place is SO overrated! I have been dying to check out Yoshi's and I finally did yesterday evening, where I saw Richard Elliott and Rick Braun perform together. AWESOME performance! That was the only good thing about my experience. When we got there there was no parking so we did vallet ($12). We went in the club and it was jam packed like sardines in there! Seriously! My date and I had to share a tiny table with two strangers, and I was trapped in this confined space. No exaggeration! My date ordered one of the sushi options and I asked for chicken teriyaki. When I got my food I got seven little wings in what seemed like some weird teriyaki sauce. It didn't even come with rice or a la carte, and for the price they charge, you would think it would come with it! $30 for that terribly unsatisfactory "meal." All in all, this place has an upscale feel with over-priced menu options. The portion of food you get doesn't justify the price. You would think that with the upscale feel and the money they charge people, that they could install separate booths or something instead of cramming people in there. It was terrible. This place will not hold a positive opinion from me in conversation.

Martinis.....to DIE for. Very creative specialty martinis and a kick a$$ bartender! Chris comes up with creative takes on these drinks and they always come with a welcoming smile. Must try the Lobster Rice, Mushroom Bisque and the Sexy Fries!!! DJ on Friday nights makes for a nice dinner, with a killer atmosphere.... Another of my local favorites!

A nice place to have either drinks and tapas, or a full dinner, with both latin and spanish food. The pizzas are delicious, as are many of the tapas. The sangria is great, and the white sangria is especially delicious. Staff are attentive, and the decor is very nice as well, or maybe it's just that the suit of armor cracks me up.
