by Codi Guerrido on My wife and I made a stop there one night after a movie, when we were both starving and didn't really know where to find food in walking distance from the theater. It turned out to be a good place to eat a burger. The sweet potatoes fries were very good. Also the burgers were very tasty and the prices were not bad at all. I would easily go back, either when we are craving good burgers...or just after an intense work out session at the gym.
by Luke F. on Had to wait in line a little bit to get in for a Jazz Mafia on Saturday night. My cocktail was mixed well, the owner seemed very nice, the place is aesthetically pleasing with big windows and such. Sound was good, band was awesome. And THEN Stevie Wonder randomly dropped in and gave the place a musical religious experience... Goes to show you never know what can happen. One of my most memorable nights ever at a great spot. Welcome to the hood!
by Gwendolyn Curby on I've been to this place quite a bit, and my college buddy is the owner. I always have a fantastic time and I of course get VIP treatment. But that's not why I'm putting 5 stars. I'm rating it that way because I see all the bouncers and people who work there (besides my owner friend) do their job and do their job well. Customer Service is always #1, and people always get taken care of. The music is great and yea...its a bit small, but that's what gets their business now, if you have a place too big, rent will be doubled, and their business might not do as well. :) Their drinks are always really good, and you can expect to find top 40 music and 80s dance music here. It's a great place to hang out and just lounge around and even get a few dances in the night. The streets outside isn't all crowded cause it's in SOMA, and there's always a hotdog stand outside waiting when you need a bite to eat after the night is done. :)
