by gaby p. on Ghetto, ugly, dirty, warehouse filled w/kids.I give it a 2 though because the guy at the door was nice. I forgot my id and they let me in anyways and for free so that was cool.I dunno why but men seem to really like the club..i don't get it sry!
by Santina Eich on After 279 reviews there isn't much I can add. My night companion Amy was studying for her Tantric Associates Degree so I found myself catching some Cuban salsa at Bimbo's. Since I was alone, I shared a table with a few strangers, including a woman who looked exactly like Catherine Zeta-Jones, except with bad skin, droopy eyes, 70 pounds thicker in the calves and midriff, and a right cheek that appeared to be stuffed with marbles or kettle corn. She alternated between dancing with her boyfriend (who looked like Will Smith) and glaring at him while he apparently belittled her. During the encore he stomped out to get the car or something and when I mentioned he resembled Will Smith, she said he was exactly like Will Smith, except for unemployed, misogynistic, dodging a bench warrant, and in posession of an explosive and violent temper. Anyways, the sound system is great and the room has an old-school vibe, with bartenders in white coats. I didn't try the food and the drinks are small and overpriced but I didn't mind. Don't sit in the back of the room unless you want to listen to rapidly depreciating cougars discuss their empty lives and a-hole husbands. Highly recommended.
by Erica M. on I wasn't expecting much so I was pleasantly surprised at the great crowd and the good drinks. A guy did spill his beer on me and didn't apologize and I had my ass grabbed more than usual but at this place it couldn't kill the fun. The bathrooms are kinda gross but it's a club. They have a great little smoking area, if still smoked the fact that I don't have to go outside would make me very happy.
