by cincy45248 on we went to chillis for my sons 18th birthday. The service was horrable. We had a party of 9. we ordered our food. When it cam out we asked the girl for mayo for 2 ppl. My daughter ordered chicken fingers and frys. She got cajan chicken and corn. they sent it back. My mom ordered a burger and soup. the burger came out with no soup. 20 minutes later we flaged a hostes and she got our watress. asked her for mayo and my daughters chicken and moms soup. 15 minutes later the mayo came out with the soup. we were about finislhed with outr meals when my daughters meal came out. My dad ordered a second beer at that time. when my daughter finaly finished her meal the waitress brought the check. she charged us for both meals for my daughter. The waitress got the manager to remove the second meal from the check10 minutes later and brought it back. as we were getting ready to leave the waitress brought my dads second beer out. This was not a very plesant expereance and the manager said sorry and walked away.
