by Katrina Navy on Went here while visiting friends in LA. I was instantly drawn to the garden style decor and the cabana VIP areas outside. This place is HUGE! The outside area was great for mingling and getting drinks (fast) and the inside dance area was two floors and had a huge performance stage. It was so big I think I got lost a couple of times. By the way, there was a taco stand inside this club where you could make your own tacos. So convenient! I had a great time here and VIP service was on point. The crowd was mixed and the wait was not that long.

We will learn the successes of this specific mainstream Tex-Mex eatery through the subject of a group of college students. 1. During happy hour, the following occurs: Lots of drinks are ordered by college kids. Lots of drinks are consumed by college kids. Lots of talking is performed by college girls (not to be sexist...) 2. After the food comes, the following occurs: Lots of greasy, cheesy, fried foods are consumed by said college kids. College kids debate whether to order more alcohol. One kid chimes in, "it is almost 7PM! (post-happy hour)." College kids rush to order another round of drinks before happy hour ends. 3. After the meal is done: Girls box up their food in to-go boxes. College kids really start debating whether to pay full price for drinks. College kids realize that daily drink specials run all night. College kids continue drinking. Girls talk louder and louder. Oddly, girls go back into their to-go boxes to eat some of their "to-go" food. (Is this common...? It happened in our group.... with 2 different girls.) 4. As the night comes to a close: Group frantically tries to calculate and split up a "we will not split it" bill. Way to go Trudy's...making college kids do math. Guys go to pee. Girls loudly stumble out of the restaurant. Trudy's: win.
by Lisa C. on yuup this is the spot!!! i love going to clubs/lounges where they play old school and music that u dont hear on mainstream. the only thing is its pretty small and it gets packed so you can barely walk around. if you like hiphop then this is the spot to kick it
