When my little sister said she's going to take me to a brunch place that had cannoli french toasts, I said such thing did not exist. On this very rare occasion, she proved me wrong. When we walked in, I was truly pleased with the decor. It's super duper cute. I could image the place being in a magazine...preferably Ikea's fall 2010 catalog. There's nothing wrong with that as I love me some Ikea furniture! Okay, back to what's important - food! So we got the famous cannoli french toast and mushroom frittata with a side of potatoes. I was uber excited about my choices(which translates into high expectations). Well, expectations are all met!! The cannoli french toast was sprinkled with love, I mean grated chocolate, fresh banana slices, cannoli cream all on top of 3 pieces of french toast. YUM! I don't even like sweets..but this was fantastic. What's more amazing? The mushroom frittata. Everything about that dish was perfect. Mushroom, onions, goat cheese, spices, whole grain toast, potatoes...I'm salivating. When all dishes got to the table, I regretted getting the side of potatoes because mushroom frittata came with a side of potatoes... WRONG again. I am still thankful that I made that small mistake. The potatoes were mucho delicioso. I can go on and on about micro details and what not of how amazing this place was to me but I think you should just try it. It will be worth your money. I sense that I'll be their regular very soon.

Hi All, If you are a normal person, you may not want to come here. It is ODD! 1st of all, it is very exclusive and quite difficult to get in. I am surprised i got in...being a hippie type person- but i was witht he right people. It is small with a southern/new orleans style of architecture (though I am no architect- but it reminds me of NOLA). There are tables and a dance floor, and an upstairs to do whatever you want. This is a very liberal place...so if you are easily offended by sex, drugs and language...don't go. The bar is super expensive...i spent $30 for 1 drink...and $100 for 4 shots of decent alcohol. I like top shelf ....so get liquored up prior to coming. And a table cost roughly $3000...so prepare to stand! Now the performances are mostly amazing burlesque style. The performers the night i went were excellent. Except one act i was very offended with, but at least i wasnt in the range to get hit by..what appeared to be a she-male peeing. I would display pictures of the place, but they dont allow cameras. Even though i have some pics, out of respect for the establishment, i will not post and just keep these private. I enjoyed the clientèle too... a nice cross section of the underbelly and weirdness of the new york city. I highly recommend going there if you can. Even just once, you'll understand why this place is a must see place to be. However, I don't think i need to go again, unless I know I am getting in. - MSZ

everything is great here, good music, friendly waiters, get jay as your waiter because hes the most gentle booker. not too aggressive with the hand pulling. the only bad thing about this club is that there are too many guys that can be my uncle. (early to late 30s..) they need to start letting more of the younger crowds in... :/ other then that, good service, fun night club.
