by Jim Grasse on My friend found this spot thinking it was a dessert place where we can catch up, only to discover that it's a bar/lounge with really good 80's and 90's hip hop. The bouncer in the front was a bit intimidating, but once we passed through the doors and found our spot in the back, everything turned out pretty smoothly. We ordered four different kinds of their special mojitos (the raspberry one is definitely the best!) and was pretty impressed with the deal and the taste. The bartender who served us was a bit slow at making it, but the overall taste of the drink balanced our moods out. The french fries we tried were absolutely AMAZING! a bit of garlic, but not overwhelming and the shape of the fries were perfect as finger food. The people there were ranging in all kinds - dressed up and classy to sweats and relaxed. The seats were comfortable and if you're there with a party, every nook and cranny feels like you're in your own world with your friends. The music is what really caught my attention. I loved that they displayed the videos for all the songs on the walls and it's a great selection of songs. I noticed everyone around me vibing to the music so it put us all in a pretty good mood. Overall, great spot to go to if you need a relaxing place to chill and share drinks with friends or a lover!
