by Smitcha B. on $20 cover, dress to impress, mixed older crowd, and house/trance music (even though I prefer hip hop). Drinks are about $9 a hit. This venue reminds me of Mansion in South Beach, Miami, Florida. It has a theatre feel to it. Upstairs is like the balcony area which overlooks the main dancefloor and stage where the dj is set up. Downstairs is where all the action is going on. Lots of random types of people in this crowd and lots of substance abuse. Good thing they had good ol' Johnnie Walker because he's my savior. There's really not much else to say about this place. It was an mediocre venue and experience. From what I can remember, the female bartender upstairs was friendly.

At this rate, high prices: I just paid $3.39 for a Potato, Egg and Bacon taco...the awful location and the fact that the potatoes were harder than a rock and about as big, the eggs were pretty greasy...my stomach is still feeling quesy and the tortillas tasted like they came from IHOP...they might re-consider their yearn to grow...yikes. What happened to the good Mexican food, bleyeach!
by Maddie Mcduffey on Open space and a good dance vibe of friendly faces and rhythm. A $40 minimum on the credit card juked a solo like me. But all in all DJs for the Fool's Gold event were down right off the hizzle. Went for Steve Aoki, stayed for A Trak.
