by Clement Pfieffer on Came for happy hour with a group of 8. Got there right when they opened so got seating. Good music playing...a little loud though. Burgers are horrible - don't eat them. But everything else that people had tacos/quesadillas/fajitas were pretty good. Beer prices at happy hour are ok. Don't know if I would go back, it was just ok. A few spots for parking in the alley but otherwise you are on the street. ***EVERYBODY PLEASE READ OWNER COMMENT THAT HE SENT ME BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS PLACE** ORIGINAL RATING WAS 3 STARS Chris, I don't think my original review above was that bad. I love your customer service though...don't get much better than your response! Now I know we will never come back. I did see you sitting at the bar when we were there and yes probably a few too many drinks in your system then too! I mean you really just wrote back and said "FU" to me? Really?
by Alessandra M. on I used to come here every weekend, literally. The music is decent and it's usually busy on the weekends. The club is pretty big and has two floors, three rooms, and different music playing in each. The place usually doesn't get busy until 11:30pm or so on the weekends. The long lines outside the door are deceiving - they keep the lines long for appearance purposes...once you get inside, you realize that it's mostly empty and that you were waiting outside in the cold for no reason. Sign up on their website for free VIP entry before 11PM, or get there before 10PM for free entry. Now the negative - The bouncers need to stop having their power trips. A friend of mine was denied entry because he was wearing glasses and had a slightly different haircut than his driver's license picture. Another friend of mine was kicked out because he was waiting for me to come out of the bathroom and apparently "looked drunk" (we hadn't even started drinking yet). Another friend was yelled at because he had a hoodie on... I've had fun here, but the bad times definitely overshadow the good. It only takes a few seconds to ruin a reputation.
by Duane Auringer on Saturday Night Jillians: I can see the potential here...it's a nice venue. And if you get bored dancing, you can go play pool in your hooker heels and tight, shiny, mini-dress. But I gotta say, this past Saturday night? I didn't even take off my coat...that's how much I was into it. Maybe it was all the Akon's, Usher's, Frankie J's roaming around with their music video (porn)stars. Or maybe I was just under-the-weather from the rain outside. Either way, wasn't feeling it. I've also eaten here. Nothing memorable or re-visitable. Happy houred here. Great if you like poshy sports bars.
