by Beckie Hiske on Every time I have been here this place has ROCKED. First time I was there I went for a meetup group for professionals, and it was great. 2nd time it was for an art show. Both times all staff were smiling, professional and helpful. And they are so helpful. At the 1st event I left my credit card there. I discovered that i didn't get it when I was a block away from my house in the Ingleside. So I had to BART right back down there. They were closed, so I banged on the window and someone left me in. Everyone was smiling about it, and laughing and joking with me about me leaving the card. Not in a mean way, but a nice way. They were really cool and made me feel so much better about the whole situation. The clientele of this place too is usually quite classy, full of nice people that look like they would be really great to meet and hang with on occasion. I hope to have many more chances to go to events being held there in the future!

The line was wrapped around the building and the parking lot, and barely moved a few inches in 45 minutes! I'm not sure what caused the hold-up, but I'm just going knock off one star with the assumption that staffing inefficiencies were at least partially responsible for the bottleneck. Love the place inside! It's huge, there are screens in the middle and on the sides, there's an upstairs place to chill, along with little booths on the side of the main floor, and a downstairs basement. Oh, and tons of Eastern-religion-romanticizing art!
by peggy w. on One of our clients actually owns this place. Crazy, cuz I used to come here all the time before I realized this. They make a mean LC here. Really nice venue....cuz it's big and great for dancing downstairs. Upstairs is more of a lounge type place. THREE bars so that makes it awesome. Plenty of places to sit and chat it up. Never really had a bad experience here. Plus our client owns it so now we go in for free every single time hee.
