by Angelika Smeathers on I work right around Colony Square and have given Shout! a couple of tries but all I can say is "Meh". The food is marginal, the service is slow and missing that down home friendliness. It has atmosphere but the food is just not up to par. I have only eaten here for lunch...so maybe they are a gem for dinner? I just know haven tried several things on the menu it is a pass for me and my money is better spent elsewhere. I will give them one snap, they have a very diverse menu and I am not a sushi person, so maybe their shushi bar is their hidden treasure. Someone else will have to weigh in on the fishy thing.
by Vincenza Sugarman on This place is just ok. The food's never let me down, but it's not very memorable either. If I make a visit here, it's for the atmosphere. I love sitting outside and in the lower level bar area, especially for Sunday brunch. The jazz band on Sundays is always great and I enjoy the bloody mary bar. i'm also a big fan of their washington apple martini. Mmm.
by Irene F. on Five stars for keeping the karaoke lovin going after midtown Tavern had enough of us at midnight! Til 2 am biatch! That's hardcore karaoke for ya. I think there was food and it was good...I know I love me some gay men, and there were plenty here! FAB.
