Very clean environment! especially for the L's! Nice TVs"s good sound system. The BEST part of my experience was the service. Very friendly people. The bartender Becky was very attentive!! Jeff is a good dude too! I suggest you go on the weekends.

I am a fan of 300. No, not the movie... the bowling alley at Chelsea Piers! It's a atmosphere for a young tween crowd with music videos projected on top of the pins. It's never been crowded when I have been there. They are very strict with time limits and will cut you off even if in the middle of a game / frame. There are two leagues that meet here regularly, the Sunday Bowling League and Monday Night Madness. I still need to check out Lucky Strike to compare the two.

I don't get it. What's the buzz all about? We went for dinner and Parish failed to impress me. There is little variety, in fact for vegetarians your choices will be severely limited. The Georgia Farm Fresh plate was a fried and fatty mess disguised as vegetables, the Shrimp Burger lacked any flavor, and while the appetizers we had (Crab Claws and Prawns) were interesting they were extremely messy and not worth the work or the fishing around in the sauce. The one redeeming quality is the wine list. Oh but don't order their version of the Hurricane thinking you are getting a New Orleans Hurricane. It's very weak, champagne based I think and a very small serving. My husband looked very silly drinking it! Parish is beautifully decorated. The shop downstairs is adorable as well. It's just that food misses the mark. I'm a huge fan of Concentrics restaurants, while I applaud the break from the "norm" I'll just stick to Murphy's and Two Urban Licks.
