Since they don't take reservations my party of 4 had to wait 30 minutes, but we were able to go up to the 3rd floor bar for a pre-dinner cocktail (Loved the mini cocktail shakers!!). Each level has a different ambiance and they're all spectacular-- modern chic, colorful, with some vintage flair, too. We ordered the shoestring fries, ahi tuna tartare, lobster mac-n-cheese, lettuce wraps, and open-faced shrimp quesadilla. DEVOURED ALL OF IT!!! When you come here, bring an appetite. And the menu is so affordable for what you get. Highly recommended!
by Rich M. on Avenue has become my favorite club in NYC period. It's very trendy and this is as good as it gets. The door is strict and highly selective, chances of getting in are slim to none. To be honest if you are a minority and your name is not P Diddy, Jay-Z or Kobe Bryant just turn back around and go to the other clubs next door. This is one of those places you go once in a while like on your birthday and you have plans to spend a couple of thousand $$. The music is OK not too bad The setup is very well done The crowd ratio is about 99% white most of them seem to be euro Russian type. Overall I give this place 5 stars because of the exclusivity other than that to get in I highly suggest you call in advance get on the list or know someone. Otherwise do not waste your time trying to get in.
