Dont be fooled by the photographs-- this is the lesson i learnt when i went here for new years eve. The place is small and congested and for some reason on new years eve they decided to flaunt every fire safety norm. They packed in 50-100 more people than what they are allowed to. If you are planning on checking your coat --good luck getting it back. It took me 30 mins to get my coat and two of my friends never got to see them. When we went back the next day all they can say is sorry we lost it. On a positive side .. i was expecting watered down drinks for NYE but was impressed that the they were strong and more shockingly they used top shelf drinks (gray goose etc) also we dint have to wait for long to get our drinks. Hats off to the bar tenders for thier great work .

Really great, unique food, as well as a very chic and trendy atmosphere. I never had to sit in a swing before at a table, so this certainly proved to be an adventure. The menu is so uniquely awesome in its own way. Certain items on the menu that you aren't quite sure about end up being surprisingly good. Obviously we sat on the mezzanine level overlooking the dining room below. While literally swinging in my seat, I took in the colorful, relaxed atmosphere of a chill martini bar in the heart of Philadelphia. After a boring day, this place certainly lit my face up. Cheese steak egg rolls were recommended as a favorite, so that is what I got. Savory, cheesy, crispy, totally awesome. Also equally delightful was my watermelon-watchamajigger martini that our server recommended also, very fruity and refreshing. Wasn't planning on dessert after being so full, but I could not pass up the opportunity to try their peanut butter and jelly ice cream sandwich! It consisted of grape ice cream smashed in between 2 bread shaped peanut butter cookies, all smothered in peanut butter sauce. DELICIOUS. This is a tapas bar so don't expect every item you order to come out in the exact order that you ordered it (does that make sense?), and it's all meant to be shared, so SHARE! That's part of the fun of this place. Great value for my money, under 60 bucks for 2 people with plenty of food and drink. You wouldn't expect a place like this to be affordable, but it is, and that earns it a perfect rating in my rateclubsopedia!

I absolutely hate this place. If you don't mind having 14 year old kids sneaking into a place and pretending to be 21 then you're okay. If you're into the whole frat thing and bunch of young 20 year olds and underage kids idiots then you're home! Everyone was dressed differently. Girls w/ their ass hanging all out, um guys dressed ghetto and what not. Oh, yeah a lot of asian people there. The place itself was supposed to be good. They have a different area for dancing, then a lounge area, a kind sport-area where they have plasma TV's and what not and the last one i believe had games. I guess it sounded better in theory. The mix drinks are absolutely horrible. I was sticking w/ beer and of course i decide to get a long island and couln't even finish it! Not worth $15! It tasted like shit. I can mix better than that and i'm not a bartender! Um, there's a $10 cover charge. I would rather be in the place next door...cantina del toro??? I think that's what it was called. Pretty chill, older crowd, kinda quite for a friday night but ten times better then the piece of shit next door. Oh valet parking $5!
