by angela y. on Awwww it's 2am, the club just kick ur drunk ass out, and dammit ur HUNGRY! The Majestic is the spot. They take ALL DRUNKS and they don't discriminate. For some reason I crave pancakes at that time of night (( u can't really screw up pancakes, right?)) It's usually crowded after 1am on a Friday or Saturday night so be prepared to wait at least 15mins...BUT the drunken antics of the other waiting patrons are sure to be entertaining. Trust me, the food is NOT stellar, But ur drunk anyway so who cares.
by Vanesa Burness on Came here on a Monday night to see Francois K DJ and it was a good turnout. I was wondering to myself, "Who goes clubbing on Monday night?" Apparently, a bunch of all different kinds of people! I saw hipsters, college kids, older folks (ie myself), semi-ravers, etc. It was nice to see everyone under one roof and getting along harmoniously. I had a wonderful time and the music was great! Diverse sets for everyone. So whatever u're into, whether is hip hop, house, latin, 80s, 70s, or whatever, this place is sure to please. The bathrooms were clean. Yea! The bartending staff could use a little help in the attitude dept , and the prices for drinks were a bit stiff, but hey its NYC, what was I expecting right? I absolutely loved the big huge disco ball, and I want one for my bedroom ;)
by Deanna S. on Sometimes you just gotta have your Southern comfort food with a fine dining experience. Dieters beware - it seems like everything on the menu is a calorie-fest - but well worth it! From the first bite of my cornbread to the last bite of my fried chicken, everything was excellent. I also tried the fried green tomatoes, Georgia strawberry and feta slad, mashed potatoes and cornbread. It was packed on a Sunday night, so make reservations. Try not to get on the patio because the tables are shaky. Plus they only seat 4. I'm definitely coming back to try other menu items.
