by Irma Grandner on Grrrrrreat music. Aggressive crowd. Do one big turn, you can reach one wall to the opposite wall. $6 coat check even though it's listed as $2. (I assume the coat check lady distributed my coat, scarf and bag in three separate hangers? Thoughtful service, I must say.)
by Adam R. on People who know me know the inability to spell annoys me. Places like this that think they are cool for spelling a word with no vowels end up getting less of my business usually. It really is that extra step of having to explain to people "Hey I am at Top Flr, yeah, when you look it up make sure to spell floor as flr, yeah I know it is retarded." Other than the failure this place has at playing "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?" it is very nice. I like the layout a lot, and the service was good (until we asked for our check, then it was slow). The wine was good, and I liked the low lighting. Music was not too loud, and it was just an overall fun experience. We did have a drunk creepy guy come and sit with us towards the end of the night. Once I found out that no one knew him, I took my chair over and sat across from him to make sure he was not doing anything too creepy. It was at that point he began rubbing my leg. I sat sideways with my legs crossed after that. Luckily he left soon after. Definitely worth checking out for some drinks late at night, next time I will try and check out the food as well.
