If I'm ever back in Miami, this is definitely where I'm going! It looks pretty intimidating from the outside, because there's always a huge crowd surrounding the entrance, trying to get in. We got lucky bc we tapped someone's shoulder and told him we had 7 girls. He not only got us in with a quickness, but also got us a free table with 3 bottles. He also hooked up another group of girls so there were about a dozen of us and everyone got along :) Nothing else on SoBe came close to the size or ambiance of Mansion. Looove it! Also, one of my girls forgot her cc at the bar and when we went back the next day, the bouncers recognized us from the night before and got us in super fast again.

i realize club reviews are purely subjective based on the promoters throwing the party and what not, so your opinion may vary. anywho, i will break this review into two parts: AMBIANCE/DECOR: NICE! much better than it's predecessor - the former BOSS nightclub. the place has been revamped and made over, with dark accents and plush elevated VIP tables lining the walls facing the dance floor. although the club isn't big, they utilized the space best they could, making it much wider and bigger. the main bar is in a separate area blocked off from the dance floor. another smaller bar is near the front right when you enter. CROWD: non existent! i've come here on two separate occasions - a saturday and friday. both times were SUPER DEAD! once, i left by 12:30, but this friday i stayed the whole night. it did not get remotely crowded until past 1 (and doesnt even compare to a normally packed club) . what little crowd i did see..was...whack. WEAK. OVERALL: Manor West is a classy looking club with a lot of potential. if you hated BOSS, dont rule this place out, it's taken a complete 180. However lack of crowd and patrons leave much to be desired. that said, i'm willing to give Manor West another chance.

My sister and I did the tasting menu. I did the 5 course and she did the 4 course vegetarian tasting menu. We were both exceptionally pleased with the quality of the food, its presentation, and our service. I'm sure tasting menus will change from day to day but my tastings featured various pork products from bacon to smoked belly. My fourth course was a glazed quail. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavors were wonderful. Instead of wine we opted for their interesting cocktails. The blackberry one was delicious. Two tasting menus ($65 for me and $53 for the veg menu) + 4 cocktails, tax and gratuity @ 20% was $205. Your tasting menu will likely come with two additional "courses" of an amuse bouche at the start as well as a chef's choice dessert at the end. I plan on returning to try other entrees.
