YUM! This was my first visit to Ecco, and I was impressed, for sure. Ambiance was nice, free valet parking, also nice. We started with the fried goat cheese balls. These little delicacies were lightly fried, the honey and pepper they toss them in tastes just fantastic! Try the marinated vegetables, they were also GREAT. I liked the Olives, and the cheese plate we ordered. For my entree, I had the chili glazed pork pasta. The pasta was delicious and the sauce was light. There was a lot of pork on the plate, too much for my appetite, but still a great dish. I love the names of their cocktails. Who doesn't want to drink a martini called "Long Live the Queen" described as a walk in the park with Elizabeth? Oh, and our server, was also FANTASTIC. He didn't miss a beat. It was especially nice after our awful server at Canoe the night before. Finally, the bathrooms are great. Separate rooms for everyone. All and All I loved it.

Daughter and I had a late lunch here today. Super friendly staff but mediocre sushi which took long to prepare. They weren't very busy and we only ordered sashimi and nigiri so I'm not sure why it took so long. We were treated to a mini tour of the club downstairs which was nice. Overall, glad to have finally checked it out.

Ecco is a good restaurant that tends to be a bit inconsistent. If I could give it 3.5 stars I would. The menu is good; if somewhat of an odd mix of european inspired food; is it Italian, or Greek/Mediterranean, or something else? However, the execution can be a bit spotty. The meats & cheeses are well sourced and delicious. A few of the appetizers are crave worthy (fried goat cheese & the grilled baby romaine). Some of the entrees tend to be a bit bland, but the pork pappardelle has always been good. I would recommend it to anyone, but don't expect a meal that leaves you breathless.
