DO NOT USE THEIR VALET, THEY WILL STEAL WHATEVER IS IN YOUR CAR, as I very unpleasantly discovered this morning, my 300$ Chanel sunglasses had been taken from their case-the ones that I put in the glove compartment before giving my car to valet to avoid any sticky fingers. To add insult to injury, they had priceless sentimental value. The Edison itself is a fun and beautiful lounge. Music used to be awesome when Dj Imagika was spinning, now it's ok. Drinks are pretty strong, good bang for your buck, food is ok. If you want to eat at a table-any table, they have a 50$ minimum PER PERSON, so just keep that in mind. You can order food at the bar with no minimum. However there was a nice couple just drinking and chillin at the bar sitting next to my friend and me and the hostess demanded the guy give up his chair because she needed it for a table, when he understandably was confused and upset she called security to throw him out-wtf? security arrived and explained that the bar is standing only and that the stools can be taken any time, again- wtf? This place used to be classy a few years ago. If you're going on a night with no cover charge come EARLY, I mean at like 9pm, by the time we left it was 11pm and there was a giant line to get in. And remember: DO NOT USE THEIR VALET, YOUR STUFF WILL BE STOLEN.

The dingy exterior really doesn't do this place justice because this may just be one of the nicest clubs I've been to in SF. Maybe it has to do with the awesome vegas-like mural that stretches the entire length of the bar or the high ceilings which makes the place seem bigger and grander than it actually is. The music was good and one dj even had music videos going on behind him, music videos for crying out loud! MTV doesn't even have music videos anymore but Manor West does. For someone who never had cable growing up I found this amusing.

This is a great football game day place to watch a game. I'm a Nebraska fan and what can I say...this is the place to be! The only better thing would be if they served runzas & Valentino's pizza. It can be brutally hot and crowded and at times hard to get a drink so come early if you want to get a seat and have a server. The people are really friendly though and it's definitely a good place if you're into college football. It's located off Baker so not a ton of parking, but I can say the times I went I did find spaces.
