by LuluandDaquan B. on Estate is a dance club made for internationals and wannabes. It has all the necessities: crowded lines, fake ids, house music, go go dancers, and table service. I think cover is around $20 or $25 but don't be a loser and get on the guest list. Expect it to be sweaty and crowded, especially around big events. This sucks though because it makes it hard to dance when people are moving around, walking/pushing by you all the time. Smoking goes on in here, which baffles me, and definitely loses a star in my opinion. Is it sleazy? It's a club obviously people will try to hook up with you. Is it as nice or fancy as they want you to think it is? Definitely not but it's not a shithole either. Bottom line: fun time if you like club scene and house music or want to spend money on tables
