by Valentine Grabowiecki on Hands down, the best place to spend an afternoon in NYC. Drinking outside and enjoying this amazingly unique place is out of this world. You will really sit here and think "Am am I in NY?" So many nooks and crannies, awesome service, great people, friendly New Yorkers. The bottles of white wine were flying off the shelf. And at $30, I thought they were delicious and perfectly reasonable and inviting. Be sure not to miss the art exhibition of old urinals in the middle. This place is a dream. Don't miss it! LOVE FRYING PAN!
by David B. on The service at Moya is laughably bad. Literally. I laugh at how poorly I'm being treated whenever I go. They manage to be both rude and indifferent at the same time. Oh, but the food!!! Stay away from the "Typical Chicken Cutlet," which is essentially a chicken finger done poorly, and you will eat very, very well. Anything they serve that is a stew that's been simmering all day is out of this world, and the rolled up flatbread that comes with most everything is a religious experience.

But back in the '30's the GAMH had it all and as well as the amazing classical french interior. This is one of my favorite venues to see a show in the city. While the sound may not always be spot on the size, ambience and acts make it a great spot. My favorite shows so far: Andrew Bird, Built to Spill, Calexico and Supergrass. Sweet ass nice.
