Went with a big group for a bachelorette party. We were running about 45 minutes late (long story), but the manager - Frank - still met us with a genuine smile and assured us it was no problem (huge relief!) Our waiters were all very friendly and went out of their way to chat with us and congratulate my friend. We were having trouble figuring out what to get for such a big group, and ultimately just told the nice waiters to just bring out their 14 favorite dishes. They did an amazing job. We each took a few bites of each thing and had a great time comparing thoughts on the dishes. I think everyone liked a few things more than others, but there wasn't a dud that we didn't finish and there wasn't a clear winner people were fighting over. Generally high quality, tasty food. Others have written the portions are small, but if 9 people managed to share each one they can't be *that* small. No one left hungry. The awesome manager had inquired ahead of time about what we were doing next, and ensured that the pacing of the dishes was perfect and allowed us to get to our next event on time. About 20 minutes before he figured we'd have to leave, he brought the guest of honor some champagne and a huge tiramisu on the house. All in all, a stellar experience thanks to the awesome waitstaff, the amazing manager, and great food and drinks (I just had wine, but ladies with mixed drinks all seemed happy - and pretty buzzed, so they must be potent!)

This place came highly recommended, so I decided I had to give it a try. It was absolutely worth the trip. Everyone talks about the milkshake with good reason. Although it's on the pricier side, the value is undeniable. Some of the best milkshakes ever made. The burgers I would compare in size to Shake Shack in New York, a little small but packed with goodness. However, you don't have to wait outside in line for 2 hours and there's a larger selection of burgers. So yes, I would rank Flip above Shake Shack. The decor is very trendy and unique. Like the name, the furniture (booths, tables, chairs) is literally flipped onto the ceiling, mirroring the seats below. The parking is very limited, so you may have to circle around the lot a few times. But if you're going with a group, just have them jump out while you search for a space. No rush...expect to wait in line for 30-40 minutes if you're lucky. But well worth the wait.

Love it. It is small, super hot and sometimes you can barely dance, but I love it! the music is awesome, super cheap and nice staff. Love it.
