Walking through the dance floor hand in hand with one of my besties, we stare off in to a sea of attractive males, none of which are remotely interested in the two hot women ogling them. If I were a gay male you'd have a hard time keeping me away from this place.
by Theodora Fairbanks on You know what really pisses me off about this place? The music is so damn good! But that curly-haired motherfucker in the front is so NOT! I've been to this place four times. I've gotten in only twice. Spare me the RSVP bullshit with bpm magazine... it's worthless. That's guestlist is a joke, just like the club, or, should I say, that freakin' doorman! But once your inside, the club kinda-sorta gets the job done with the free beer on Sundays (Sapporo apparently). The decor's ridiculous, sparse, and silly. I have no idea why anyone would want to decorate their club like an airport! The only saving grace is the outside smoking patio because its comfortable. The music, though, is sick, if hard-hitting, pulsing electro is your flavor. It's totally my flavor, by the way, and this club does the best way. Which is probably why I gave it two stars instead of zero. Regardless, the best tip I can give you is get there at 10. It's dead inside, and they still make you wait. But at least you get more beer in your tummy!
by Alyssa S. on My friend said it best when he said " if a place is going to have margarita in the name, they should make one hell of a margarita" and this place simply didn't. With the exception of the chips and three salsa combo and the decor... nothing about this place was anything but lackluster. The specialty velvet margarita was good but not great... especially not for $15!!! The food, I had a salmon quesadilla as well as the ceviche was nothing to rave about. Overall it was good service but I wouldn't really come back here with all the other options available in LA.
