by Pamela Onorato on I know, 2 stars is harsh, but it's a harsh world. The music is garbage, the vibe is meh, and if you're not with friends, it is going to suck balls. Our waitress was cool, so I'm going to give it an extra star. Drinks wasn't spectacular and one bite of the pizza that a friend offered was below par. The ambiance felt like a Dave and Busters Gone Bad. Wasn't feeling it here, probably never will. NOT RECOMMEND.
by Pamula Seeger on I wanted to meet a friend during an afternoon where I was stuck in the Javits Center. My iPhone told me that Lucky Strike was the only place nearby with beers. I sighed heavily, walked over and was -- pleasantly surprised! I've been to a Lucky Strike before in Washington DC, but I'd forgotten how laid back and non-ridiculously expensive the bar area is. We had virtually the entire bar area to ourselves, which consisted of a dozen couch areas and a really long bar. The wait staff was friendly and the music was low-key. Lots of basketball games on. Good times.
by Andre L. on Bowlmor is really your only choice for bowling unless you want to go to Chelsea piers or lucky strike. It is fun but pretty pricey and trust me you will spend an extra few $ at the bar while you wait two hours for a lane on the weekends. You're better off waiting until Monday for unlimited bowling.
