by Maryellen Miyagi on I went here for the afterparty for Vampire Weekend a few weeks back. The crowd was definitely giving me a hipster vibe. We ran into some people we knew, one being a TA from one of my classes. The drinks weren't as cheap as they were on 6th Street but they weren't too pricey. We hung out on the patio for a majority of the time we spent here which was fun. The girl getting here nails done next to me totes added to the "Beauty Bar" vibe that I was anticipating. Fun place.

The whole vibe,lightning, the view from upstairs, etc. I think the beer selection is average, but the sound and vibe makes up for it. Ive seen some very good shows here in years past! Ive only seen Hip-Hop here, but Im sure its just as good for any genres of music, just because this place is too awesome.
by Andre L. on Every other Nikki Beach around the world is a fun all day party on the beach. This is not it. Neither the food nor the club is anything special. The waitresses are dressed like they are from star trek and everybody else is dressed the same. This place could use a little diversity. Its places like this that make me tired of NYC nightlife but its not bad if you have to be in the area. Do not take anyone from Miami there because they will call it a disgrace.
