by Anthony Goggans on 3.5 Stars This is a great spot to hang out with friends and chat. Note that it's sometimes self serve. Go up to the bar to place your order for foods & drinks and sit yourself down. It's faster this way. Scenic. Check. Food. Check. Beer. Check. Old Bay Garlic Fries. Check. It was surprisingly clean and somewhat empty when we showed up around lunch time on a Sunday. The bathroom is weird. The sinks and wash area is nice, and there are even sensor activated spot lights for each stall. But then there's a huge trench behind the toilet that runs thru each stall. What is that about? I saw rolls of TP in there, but what else lies in that trench? I don't wanna know, nor do I want to be in this damp dimly lit bathroom at night. Also surprising is that they allow dogs. I know it's a food establishment but is it ok since they're outdoors? Well now I know how the poop deck got it's name.
by Alease Engelman on So we went to ONE for Valentines. On their website it said that the regular menu would be available, plus some specials for Valentines. But when we get there, all that is "special" is that the pizzas and the burgers (our favorites) are off the menu, as well as the bottomless cup of wine. The only "addition" I see is a $32 NY Strip steak. When we asked our waitress what was going on, we got some bad attitude. So, we got up and left. Call me cheap, call me whatever, but I did not appreciate the bait and switch.
by Darren L. on We went to Vessel on a Thursday night at about 9:30. There was no line and only a $10 cover charge. They were playing trance music that night so we stayed for about 30 mins before taking off. After leaving, we actually came back to the club again at 11:00 and it was PACKED! grabbed one drink and we were out of there. It had a good crowd though with some good looking girls. Will probably visit it another night when they're playing some Hip Hop.
