by Quinton Pasquarella on I've been wanting to go to a piano bar forever!!! This place was SO cool. A live band plays jazz music on sundays. When I went last night, they played some really cool songs. The band I liked came on at 11pm. People here are so nice and chill too. Everyone was just dancing and bouncing to the music :) There are bar seating where u can watch tv but most people will sit at the couches near the band or the individual bar stands with bar chairs for a more intimate small group or couple setting :) Really fun place. Thinking about celebrating my bday here this year!
by Raffi D. on Cant complain about much. As good as it gets. 20 stellar beers on tap and prices right for the recession. Pool is a dollar a game. And the crowd is great. There are some quick eats if your hungry and a bunch of a TV's to watch your sports games. Go in there, grab a pitcher, and have some peanuts.
by Adolph Sublett on Editing my review, cuz I visited the spot again the following weekend. Okay, do you ever look at a bratty teen and think, was I this annoying when I was younger? Okay, so a group of kids stood behind us, trying to cut and flashing their fake IDs at us. Then a security guard takes our bottled sodas from us while in line, cuz it might have alcohol in it, when it didn't. Then you'll see a drunk ass girl, wearing nothing but a bra, being carried out of the place. And finally once I go in, there's a passed out girl on the wet bathroom floor. So tell me this, why do they allow 18 year old kids go to dance clubs. It should not be allowed at all. I mean the music was awesome, the place was the bomb, but people, you can't handle 18 year olds at a club. Its impossible and a hella of way to get your alcohol license taken away. Just an FYI! My best suggestion is to definitely check this spot out, but only if its 21 and older, or go super early and leave super early too. Ever wonder what its like to be out by the water, you're not near any residential homes, so you can make as much noise as you like? Well, enter the land of Oz my friends. Its like a pad for MTV's Real World or something. Dock by the entrance is dance floor no. 1, then dock by kitchen is dance floor no. 2, then there's two more. One by the bathrooms downstairs and a huge floor upstairs. 5-6 bar areas, nice outdoor seating upstairs by patio heaters, and it was just magical. Its a great place to party all night long, with a good variety of music and beverages. They won't serve any food after hours and cost of drinks is not bad at all. Gin and Tonic, Screwdriver and a shot of tequila came out to $18. You get a mix of people of all ages. Its a 18+ location, so you can watch young kids be stupid, dressing up funky, trying to be something that they're not and even on drugs too, unfortunately. Though security is pretty tough here. They will search ya at the door. They will watch your every move cuz I was looking for my sweater by the window and they thought I was trying to steal something. You'll even get Burning Man kind of people and old hippies, that still know how to groove. Makes me smile to see that. Its inspiring to me. Oh, I so wanted to stay there till 7 a.m., but I wore the wrong shoes. Okay, I have a new favorite place now. Hip hip hooray!
