EXPECT TO SWEAT. this place is small. don't be surprised if you find yourself grinding on someone else's man...on accident. i remember trying to walk to the other side of the room and got sideswipped by a huge sweaty back. ugh! worst of all...they don't make AMFs here! maybe AMFs arent a ny thing who knows, but the bartenders had no idea what i was talking about when i asked for one. on the contrary, i loved the music here. I was in ny for a week...and this was the only bar/club that played decent hip hop. CHEAP COVER!!! considering how expensive drinks are in the city....i was soo happy about the $5.00. really friendly bartenders and bouncers. if you get tired from all the dancing...they've conveniently got a bench against the entire wall. i'm pretty sure i'll come back here when i go back to NY.
by Kristine d. on We watched the dinner show. Fun burlesque, but I guess the earlier shows aren't as risque as the later ones. I'm glad we did get a chance to watch, but I could see how it'd lose it's charm going back. Yah, I come from the land o' 1:30am last calls, but man... $17 for a well vodka drink? It was strong for sure, but good thing I'm a cheap date, cuz I can see how easy it'd be to take a HELOC on a night out.
