by Louisa Halliday on I am loving this place. Came here on a Saturday afternoon to celebrate some good ol' birthday day drinking. The bartender, Justin, was awesome. He was patient, very attentive and gave us suggestions on drinks. The best part, after each one of his cocktails, he took a straw full, tasted it, and made sure it was good. That's attention to detail and standing by your drinks. I was here during an earlier part of the night, so I don't know if it gets crazy packed or if the patience and attention to detail dwindles later in the evening, but so far I am impressed.
by DIJONNE M. on We came here for our friend's wife's birthday in December last year. The club scene is OK. Really low ceilings, 1 full bar and I think they also had 1 mini-bar. The music that night was alright, some cool jams, and some I could pass on. The actual slide they have at the entrance isn't all that, so you can pass on that too. If I remember correctly, I think drinks were a little more expensive than usual. The crowd was pretty cool b/c it was pretty mixed. Anyways, I prob won't be back here unless I'm forced to again for someone's birthday or other celebration. Meh.
by Ben S. on One of the coolest bars in LA. Eclectic crowd. Spazmatics on Sunday rock and if you're looking for something on the stranger side... There is Ms. Kitty's show on Friday. Everyone I know has a great time there and the management is really relaxed in terms of tolerance - except for fights. They get rid of drunks and violent people really fast.
