by Stephanie S. on We were there relatively early (6:30) on a Thursday night, and crowds were light. I ordered the salmon (cooked medium), which came with a parsley pesto and mushrooms - this dish was great and I highly recommend it. For dessert I had the blueberry and lemon tart, which has a phyllo dough crust and comes with a mini scoop of ice cream - I think I'll be dreaming about that dessert tonight - soooo good. Our server was prompt and attentive without hovering. Best of all, when we tried to pay with a gift card (given to us by a friend as a shower gift) which apparently had not been activated, the manager went ahead and gave us credit for the stated value of the card. I guess he could tell we weren't scammers, but we were very grateful for his lack of cynicism. (This review is based on a visit in May or June of 2010. I had saved it and forgot to finish it...)
by Deep C. on This is one of the best clubs in the city. The really knew what they were doing when they built this one. The sound is fantastic, most places just go for loudness, but the people who set the sound up here did a great job. The back bars are cool rooms to go hide out in from the main. It's tight. They always seems to get the best acts as far as electronic, and dance music goes. I love the Mezzanine.
