Rock Box Rocks! Went there with group of friends for the third time over the weekend and I gotta say that this place has become my new favorite spot in Seattle. Staff is always friendly and right on spot when we need them. Drinks are good menu is original and they aren't cheap with the pours. The room got a little warm with so many of us but they noticed and turned the AC on and were concerned enough to keep checking back to make sure the temp was good- details matter here. Its not cheap but also not expensive- for the service and the atmosphere and everything else awesome about this place- its a bargain! Kudos to management and double kudos to the staff.

I saw a live dj play a set at this restaurant/club and from the outside, it looks small but inside its actually pretty big. The dancefloor is really fun and the bar on the other side of the Jazz club is pretty nice, also they make food, etc. I live on fillmore st. and they always have live Jazz bands playing inside.

The interior is beautiful, spectacular in it's shimmery sexiness. I hear it's the hottest spot on a Saturday night but for me it's not so hot, or perhaps too hot. The cigarette smoke burned my eyes, my ears rung and I was squished like a sardine all night. The only place I could find relief was atop a table or counter. Dance baby dance! Don't worry about falling off and bashing your face open. I suggest drinking a ton to forget about how crowded it is. I was having a blast by the end of the night. I think it started to clear out around 2am freeing up some more dance floor for you to shake that booty.
