by Gerard Guilboard on Last I visited this place was almost 5 years ago. Came here this last Sat. for a girlfriend's birthday celebration and things have changed a bit. The venue has always been nice and big but the music was not happening! Talk about making someone feel older than they really are..... the DJ took it waaayyyyy back to the old school. I must have spent 10 minutes tops on the dance floor and spent the rest of the time in the patio - though most of the drunken fun was out there anyway. Drink prices were well..... let's just say Hollywood - we all know what that means. I guess it didn't really matter -bottom line is.... I had fun! 3 stars for this place. They need a better DJ who can really hype this place up.... then maybe.... just maybe, I'll pay it another visit.
by lucas s. on Yeah I've been here a few times. It's your average 20's to 30's Manhattan bar - nothing too special. But I must say I tend to have luck talking to cool people there, so, maybe there's something about it.
