Always good to go with a promoter for easy entry, flowing alcohol and champagne all night. DJ is usually good and I've ran into many a celeb here (Ashton Kutcher, Demi and Eve all in the same night to name a few). Not that I'm not hot, but models and the t ype get priority at the door...be prepared! haha otherwise, great place to get cute for and see and be seen.
by Kimberly P. on Pod is an enjoyable experience if only for the atmosphere. The space age dcor is both weird and a delight at the same time. If you have a group, definitely request a pod. These white orbs with changing lights are so entertaining you might forget that you were there for the food! The bathrooms follow the same theme and are just plain old cool. As to the food, the dessert and cocktails are great. The chocolate trio dessert is delish. I think that the food is nothing special, definitely overpriced and not attention grabbing. The only thing that I had that was attention grabbing was the vegetable tempura and that was because the batter that the veggies were fried in was completely and absolutely devoid of flavor. No spices at all. It was quite a weird experience. I would still recommend the Pod though because I am a huge fan of fun atmospheres. Grab a couple of friends, reserve a Pod and have a dessert night!
