by caitlin o. on I've never been inside this sack of crap, but as a diplomat from the working neighborhood of "North Tribeca," I have this to say: This place smells like shit. Every day to and from work I walk by and inhale a vapor unlike anything I've ever smelled before. Part sewage, part rust, part body odor, part plastic foliage. The smell can't even be cleaned out of my nose by the nearby Aveda salon scent... I cannot for the life of me fathom waiting in line in this rotten stink. Please don't go so this blight on my already shitty work neighborhood will go out of business and vanish.
by Natalie M. on I love going to Cielo because they hands down have the best house music and sound system in the city. The bouncers and bartenders are friendly for a meatpacking club. The crowd is well dressed and super sexy. I especially like the little patio area. The drinks are obviously very expensive but the atmosphere at Cielo is worth the price.

Best time I ever had there was when I got in a fight with the door woman who was wearing acid watched and I called her Jersey Trash. She was NOT amused and called my friend and I "loser homos" I liked that comeback. anyhow, ultimately this place is filled with corporate cheese. It's a money maker and it sucks.
