I dropped in here looking for a quick last meal in Philadelphia and wow was I impressed :). It looks a little bit fancy, but we went in casual with no problem.  We were a little bit offput at first - we couldn't sit outside, we got a squished up table, they only had pepsi products, and they wouldn't let us make any changes to any of the signature pizzas... We also were really looking for a nice side salad to have with lunch, but they didn't have any side salads so we had to split a "small" Romano (Caesar) salad off of the dinner menu (the lunch menu was a little limiting for my taste so we got our pizza off the dinner menu too - but there wasn't that much of a price difference anyway). Luckily we really enjoyed the salad but it was plenty enough for a minimum of three people as a starter salad. It was nice and light, and had delicious thick slices of Parmesan on it. We decided to make our own pizza and chose a wheat crust with pepperoni (every personalized pizza comes with basil, cheese, and tomato sauce).  I swear this was the best pizza I have ever had! Perfectly cooked delicious thin crust - and it wasn't too wheat-flavored so it actually added to the pizza instead of distracting from it. I also wish we could have tried the pasta too - every plate that went by us looked scrumptious! I honestly can't recommend this place enough - wish we had one in San Antonio!

I've never been treated so poorly at a club in my life. I came here a couple of weeks ago on Friday for a friend's bachelorette party.  We usually go to Teddys on Friday, but it can be hard to get in at times and my friend knows one of the promoters at My Studio.  He put us on the list and told us to tell the guy at the door we were on his list and we would be let right in. We get to the club and there are maybe 5 people in line.  We go up to the door guy and tell him we are on so-and-so's list.  He finds my friend's name and tells us to get in the guest list line.  We ended up waiting in line for 30 minutes and still nothing.  None of the people in the guest list line were getting in.  After waiting for 30 minutes we left and headed over to Teddys which we had no trouble getting into and had a fabulous time. I've been to clubs way better than My Studio and the longest I've ever waited in line was 5 minutes.  This was such a joke.

What can I say about Slide besides "it sucks"?  The first time I tried to go, we were denied admittance because we weren't on the guest list.  There is no way to get on the guest list unless you purchase table service.  I felt we may have been discriminated against since my group was primarily Asians and the group of  Caucasians who stood in line in front of us got to go in.  I did hear that Slide is a small club and we were trying to get in around 11:15 so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We were successful in getting into Slide on the second attempt, and I think it was because we were in line at 9:15 and the club was not popping off yet.  I went with two other girls and have come to the conclusion that your group has to be an even ratio of 1:1 guy/girl if not more girls than guys. The drinks were expensive and didn't do the job so I started drinking beer.  The music was the worst I have ever heard and couldn't get into it.  The venue itself is small and hard to navigate.  If a fire were to break out, we'd all die since there is only one entrance/exit. And for the actual Slide itself, it's steep and has a sharp turn.  Everyone I know who slid down it ended up with a rash or a bruise of some sort.  Even though it's free (if you get in) don't waste your time going here.  I don't understand how a club like Ruby Skye can have such a crappy sister club downstairs.  The crowd is a little over bearing and filled with a lot of personalities I can only describe as "whoa."
