I try to hold off on writing reviews until I've either eaten at a place a few times, or had a few dishes, however I bend that rule a bit while traveling. I was in Philly for an evening, and was treated to a meal here. The ambiance is alright, simple, clean, there is a large bar which takes up most of the room. One thing i really like is the open kitchen. Kinda of exciting to watch the chefs move back and forth, even from a distance. Move of the menu did not excite me, lots of beef and vegan alternatives, quite a strange mix... Seeing how busy the place was, i figured the Salmon was a safe bet. It was excellent. The best part was the super crispy and delicious skin, perfectly flat. Nice size portion too. Everyone else at the table loved the meal. Menu was not great, but i do recommend this place, the chefs certainly know how to cook, the staff is very nice and the meal is affordable.
