Not really into large clubs, however it wasn't too bad, great music (if you like techno and a mix which I enjoy, drinks are bit expensive but they don't hold back. Although I like it, don't know if the $30 cover is really worth it, but if your looking for a good time and dont mind spending some money, its a good time in general. The secuiriyt needs to chill though, I felt like the secret service was on duty that night, there everywhere and some take there job a little too seriously, other than that no complaints.

Went here with my girl friend the other night. The accomodations are really tight. But that turned out alright because we ended up sitting next to 2 really cute guys. The food was just ok, but I guess that's not the main reason people come here. I have to admit it, I'm not all that big on jazz. but this was pleasant and interesting experience

The Mezzanine would be SO COOL if it wasn't SO HOT. My first foray here was to see The Alarm, The Fixx, and The Psychedelic Furs. I wanted to do some shakin', some boppin', some spinnin', some kickin'... A la Brat Pack. But it was uber crowded, and about a jillion degrees. How can a great big open space get that hot? Doesn't heat RISE? There were like two stories of open air above my head... GO UP THERE, hot air... And when you try to go outside to cool off -- SURPRISE! Everyone else has the same idea. And there's no ins-and-outs, of course, so you're all jammed into a ten-foot square area that's only SLIGHTLY cooler than inside because the steamy body heat is still fresh and everyone is blowing smoke in your face. Other than THAT, it's a good venue. I was able to get close enough that Richard Butler was practically dripping sweat on me. Which is the only good thing about it being that hot in there...
