by Jessica S. on I went to Yoshi's last week to see Kaweh, and a couple months ago to see Mike Stern and the Yellow Jackets. Both performances were top notch. I had an excellent time, and the company was hip, classy, and downright groovy. Ok, so I just broke up with my boyfriend too, so anytime I have out with people other than him can be described that way by me... But, I highly recommend you find a performance that suites your musical taste and GO! You will not be disappointed. I can't speak for the restaurant, but if the food is as pricy as the drinks I think I'll pass. Especially given how amazing some of the nearby places are for catching a quick bite. Cheers!!
by alex b. on Haven't seen the inside. Waited out front most of the night. Ended up going to a place across the street called Kung Pao Kitty. Had a good time there. Good drinks and music.

We actually ended up passing by the doors to the restaurant back and forth and didn't realize that it was through these green doors that led to the restaurant. I loved the decor of the place. I am a fan of restaurants with interesting designs. This one by far was pretty cool with the light changing seats/booths. The sculpturing of the place was amazing! One thing that annoyed me though was that they had this light stick thing in the middle of our table for 2. You couldn't move it because it was built onto the table right in the middle. That made it hard to move dishes around! I don't quite recommend ordering sushi there though. I rather go to a typical japanese restaurant for sushi. The entrees are the ones i recommend ordering. Service was excellent!
