by Genesis Graniela on okay, so I was sick with the Flu from Hell for 2 weeks and was finally better this past Saturday and was errrkking to party the night away. The roomie said this place was a good time and knew a guy who could get us on the list so we wouldn't have to stand in line but still had to pay the $20 cover, good deal in my book! Soooo I get nicely intoxicated and we proceed to go up there 5 dudes deep, and wow, what a good time! No bouncers or security gave us a hard time, the girls were friendly and ready to dance, and it was just a very nice overall party set-up! We drank and danced the night away until they turned the lights on at about 2am and I was almost sad I had to leave. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because I was personally too drunk to remember alot other than I loved it, but we may do bottle-service there this weekend and I think I may have a 5-starific review to follow! Check this place out!
by Stephanie C. on The Mission was our destination Halloween weekend and our group decided to go to Bruno's. They were throwing a "heaven and hell" themed party and they were also having a costume contest...I think $500 was the prize? At least that's what I heard...anyways.... My boyfriend and I tried to get on the guestlist but it was full :( So we ended up having to pay $15 to get in. It probably took us about 20 minutes to actually get inside. It was super crowded and loud and everyone was having a good time. Getting a drink was our next task and it was a little tricky...there were just too many people. Once we got our drinks we stayed in the "lounge" area and decided to grab a spot and hangout there. The middle of the space was lined with a long table and in the back were tables & booths. The DJ was pretty good and played EVERYTHING. I, however, didn't go into the main dance room because it was just wayyy too crowded and I wanted to breathe. There were still plenty of people in the lounge area dancing so it was fine. If you like to sit, people-watch, and dance all in one spot, stay in the lounge area. I would definitely come back to Bruno's again, I had so much fun :) Only negatives were that it was reallllly difficult to get a drink and the upstairs area was closed off ;( Next time!
