They lie about what they pour all the time. I ordered a dirty martini one night, they had olives but no olive juice? Huh? And rather then comming and asking me they just serve it incorrectly and walk away. I've also seen them pour well vodka when I ask for stoli. Shame. And if you haven't heard of the makers mark incident... google " oscars ... philadelphia... makers mark" that's a good story! I love dive bars... but this place just takes advantage of you. Bring your money elsewhere.

Friday night this place was a sweat box, with a guy girl ratio of about 10 to 1, with 9 out of 10 being gay or foreign. $25 admission for guys and girls. $45 round 4 beers not including tip. I forced myself to stick around for a second round and I left. This place is small, and as far as I can see, attracts the wrong crowd. However, I would go back if there was no cover, free drinks all night, and about 150 less dudes. haha. I won't mention the 6 polish hookers in the smoking area dancing to a hand drum begging guys to buy them drinks. Don't go here.

This is my favorite bar. It comes close, atmosphere / vibe-wise, as I can find to the now defunct Stein Club on Peachtree near tenth. I live close enough to walk there and the clientele is not as polished / upscale as they are at some of the other bars in this neighborhood. The beers are cheaper and the liquor drinks are stronger than found in other bars in the area. The typical crowd is composed of musicians, artists, college-students and both younger and aging hipsters. The food is decent if not very good. I will probably haunt this place long after I am dead.
