by Kurt Gabhart on The staff at this place are the best in the city. Awesome guys, completely respectful and really just good-natured despite the stressful situations they have to deal with. On a more general note, Bootie has great music. The people that come can be a little annoying and elbows definitely start bumping as things get tight. Both of the last two times I've been there, my friends and I have had to push off some drunk/high jerkoff. Exceptions to the rule though. People there are great. And I can't emphasize enough that all involved in the show, security, and staffing are awesome. (Ryan Greene especially - met him outside the door this past Saturday). That kind of thing is rare - most clubs have real assholes for security. I'm lookin at you ROE.
by Timothy W. on Start the place off at a 3 Solely because the system seemed to me To be one of the best ones I've heard in a club Deep, rich, bass heavy hugs I sat in a booth for a bit of the night Friends wanted to leave but just couldn't flight Like I was sitting on an asteroid Flying through space in a deep massaging void Where every single beat just touched me to the core Until I was almost drooling on the floor Aside from the speakers this place gets a 4 Cause the talent spinning there had me asking for more Didn't go to AZN sections, stayed in the trance room Progressive house and trance were my kind of tunes Now down to the bad, and it was kinda sad My night started well but it didn't end up glad You couldn't move around freely to the other rooms Even though they said "we got 4 sections dude" This stopping of traffic flow was very confusing If you want different music you should be choosing So dock this place now down to a 3 And then you take into account all the creeps People rolling their balls off and takin' up the floor I don't need you backing into me more Then random other dudes just touching our girls From what they had told me they wanted to hurl Then on top of that the crowd is just ugly Old asian couples grinding up and all shovey That effectively knocks this place down to a 1 But I'll give it a 2, cause the music was so fun
